Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
We are large well established independent agency with a rapidly expanding personal lines department. A highly motivated team player would have an excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement.
This position involves: Inside sales for all lines of personal insurance (auto, home, umbrella, boat, etc.)--Servicing renewals, endorsements, rating, remarketing--our workflows are entirely geared toward providing clients with excellent service
Job Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of writing and servicing either auto/home insurance policies.
- Hold an active Florida Insurance license (2-20, 20-44, or 4-40) only, individuals with a license and experience will be considered.
- A professional phone and in-person presence.
- Be hard-working, dependable, and self-motivated with a great attitude.
- Know personal lines insurance coverage’s and how to explain them to customers.
- Know how to write, qualify, and release/bind new insurance applications.
- Ideally have Applied “TAM” agency management system experience.
- Able to quickly learn to use and navigate insurance company websites—used to write and service new business.
