MEDICARE PLANS

Medicare Advantage
- Most Medicare Advantage plans have $0 premiums
- Medicare Advantage plans can be HMOs or PPOs (HMOs may offer more benefits or lower copays but PPOs allow you to go out of network and never require referrals to see specialists)
- Most Medicare Advantage plans include prescriptions, dental, gym memberships, online shopping allowances, and much more
- Some Medicare Advantage plans offer partial refund of Medicare Part B premiums
- Some plans designed for veterans who use the VA, for people on Medicaid, or for people with chronic conditions or other special needs
- Medicare Advantage plans cannot be combined with Medicare Supplements or Medicare Part D Rx plans
* Open Enrollment is from October 15th to December 7th and enrollments outside of that window will require a “Qualifying Event” such as loss of coverage due to retirement or moving outside of your coverage area. If you need to apply outside of October 15th to December 7th please call 407-796-2463 to see if you have a qualifying event.
Medicare Supplements
- Many plans to choose from starting from approx. $65 per month (premiums vary by age, gender, area, and plan)
- Medicare Supplements have no doctor networks meaning you may see any doctor in the United States that takes Medicare regardless of what network that doctor is in for other plans
- Medicare Supplements never require referrals to see specialists
- Up to $50,000 foreign travel benefit included in some plans
- No prescriptions included – prescriptions are covered by a separate stand-alone Part D Rx plan
** Medical underwriting and pre-existing condition exclusions will apply except during your Initial Enrollment Period (6 months from when you first receive your Medicare Part A & B card) and within 60 days of leaving or retiring from an employer health plan. medicare Part D Prescription plans
- Plans offered by many insurance carriers and pharmacies with premiums starting as low as $7.70 per month
- You can “mix and match” meaning you can purchase your Medicare Supplement from one insurance company and your Medicare Part D Rx plan from another

Dual Eligible Medicare / Medicaid plans
Plan Highlights:
- People who have Medicaid besides Medicare
- Dual option plans can be either HMO or PPO
- Most plans are $0 premium
- All plans include Prescriptions, Dental, Gym memberships, online shopping allowances and much more
- Most Dual Eligible plans have $0 copayments besides the $0 premium
- Many Dual Eligible plans have a monthly food allowance

medicare Part D Prescription plans
- NEED INFO FROM TONY - Most Medicare Advantage plans have $0 premiums
- All Medicare Advantage Plans have benefits above and beyond regular Medicare and are available in either HMO or PPO.
- All Medicare Advantage Plans have no medical questions and have no pre-existing condition exclusions
- All Medicare Advantage plans require a “qualifying event” if you apply outside of Medicare Open Enrollment which runs from October 15th to December 7th every year.
- Medicare Supplements have no medical questions or pre-existing condition exclusions if you are in your original enrollment period of retiring from an employer health plan.

Tony Tilelli
Tony has a BA degree from City University of New York and a MA degree from the State University of New York and served a successful twenty-year career in the US Navy, retiring at the rank of Navy Chief in 1994.
Tony then began his insurance career with Medicare, spending 2 years with AvMed Medicare followed by 2 years with Florida Hospital’s Premier Care (Florida Hospital is now called Advent Health).
In October 1999, Tony joined the Sihle Insurance Group, writing life & health products for both groups and individuals, as well as continuing his career as a Medicare agent.
Tony is also a State Certified Medicare CE Instructor with the State of Florida.
